We offer a free organization chart software download that can be used to evaluate the charting capabilities and organization management features. The orgchart software download is fully featured with a license key that will not expire for 30 days.
What You Will Need
Automated organization charting software is not a trivial application. Although the demonstration can be downloaded and installed in a matter of minutes, you need to dedicate at least an hour or more of time to understand the system and features.
An ideal evaluation would include both IT and HR people to install the software with your current HR employee database and see the application work with yourhuman resources information.
Evaluation Quick Start
The steps to evaluating our organization charting software are as follows:
Step 1 - Register
- Register for an account
- Receive registration E-Mail
- Click on link to login
Step 2 - Download & Install
- The OrgTraks software is a 12MB Windows .exe file.
- A compressed tar file is also available for Unix.
- Install the software and start the application server.
- The software will retrieve your registration info.
- Answer any other setup questions.
Step 3 - Evaluate
- OrgTraks installs 4 items into the "Program Files"
- Getting Started - Release notes and a link to connect to the server.
- Run Cohesion Server - Starts the server stand-alone with diagnostics.
- Install NT Service - Installs a service that will start with the computer.
- Remove NT Service - Removes the cohesion server from the services.
- Please consult Getting Started for additional instructions.
